21 Days to Make a Change

So I now have 21 days into my journey. They say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. Lets hope I've made it! I've now did Yoga and Meditation for 21 days in a row! This is a huge accomplishment for me. I even brought my stuff with me to the Lake. I've even got up early before appointments to be sure I got my "zen time" in. Yup, that shocked my hubby!
